2025-2026 School Year Information and Updates
1st Day of School & School Hours
Tuesday, September 2, 2025; 8:20 am (Staggered entry for JK/SK students-more details will be provided at a later date)

Virtual Orientation (JK-G6)
Virtual orientation on August 27 from 6:30-7:30 pm. A link will be emailed to all parents closer to the date.
Back to School Night (KG & New Students only)
There will be an in-person session on Thursday, Aug.28 from 6:00-8:00 pm
Location: KG – Classrooms; New Students – Gym
School Uniform

School Supplies
Please note that parents are responsible for purchasing the school supplies for the students. You may download the School Supply List (by grade level) from the school’s website starting July 2, 2025.
Summer Office Hours
The school office will be open at the Elementary Campus (70 Fieldrow St.) from 9:30 am-2:30 pm, Mon-Thu, starting July 14 or by appointment at other times. Office will be closed from July 2-July 11 and on Fridays.
Carpooling for 25-26 School Year
Please fill out the Carpool Requests and Offer form if you would like to request or offer a ride TO or FROM the school.
Offers and requests will be shared with all those who submitted after the submission deadline (Aug.26, 2024). Please note that the school CANNOT coordinate rides for parents. This is only a way to facilitate requests and offers among parents who are interested in carpooling plans. Parents should contact parents directly to make arrangements.
After-School Al-Furqan PT Program
This after-school Quran program is open to AES students M-Th from 3:45-5 pm.Please click here for more information. Start Date: September 8, 2025.
Extended Day Program
This alternate before and after school program provides an early drop off and late pick up option for parents who might need to be at work early and/or stay late for work. This program is only open to current Abraar Elementary students. You may REGISTER by August 28, 2025
Gently Used Uniforms
We have a box for parents to drop off clean and gently used uniforms by the front office during the summer. These uniforms are distributed to parents on a first come, first served basis.
