Important Dates
- Aug.28: Virtual Orientation (Registration form to receive the time and the link to join the Zoom meeting has been emailed to all parents/guardians)
- Aug.29: JK/SK Back to School Night (in-person)
- Sep.3: First day of school for G1-6 students (Please note that JK and SK students have a staggered entry and the schedule will be communicated to parents before the start of the school year.)

Supply Lists by Grade Level
All students are required to purchase supplies as per the supply list for their grade level that can be downloaded here (available Aug.1, 2024).
School Uniform
Please note that all students in Grades 1-6 will be required to follow the uniform guidelines. We are reinstating the shirt with the school logo (which must be purchased from our vendor, Growing Kids). Growing Kids is located in the Billings Bridge Plaza and parents can take their children to try out the uniform before ordering online.
Carpooling Information
Please note that the school does not arrange carpooling between parents. It is the parents’ responsibility to arrange for any carpooling. However, you can submit your carpooling needs along with your contact information and this information will be shared with ALL parents who fill out this Carpool Request & Offers form. Thereafter, it is your responsibility to contact the interested parents listed on the form.
After-Abraar Al-Furqan PT Program (Starts Sep.9, M-Th; 3:45-5 pm)
The After-Abraar Al-Furqan PT progam is open to all Abraar Elementary students, Monday to Thursday, from 3:45-5 pm. Students transition to this program at the end of the school day. More information on the program can be found in the links below:
Extended Day Program (EDP)
In addition to the After-Abraar Al-Furqan program, Abraar Elementary also provides an Extended Day Program for those parents who are unable to drop off/pick up their children on-time. This before and after school program provides an early drop off and late pick up option for parents who might need to be at work early and/or stay late for work. This program is only open to current Abraar Elementary students.
TIMINGS
- Before School: 7:30 -8:05 am
- After School: 3:45-5:00 pm
COST PER STUDENT
- Hourly rate: $5 per half hour
Program will start pending registration of an equivalent minimum of 15 students attending the program full-time. Any student dropped off or picked up late will be automatically enrolled in the program at cost to parents. Those who want to use this program on a regular basis should register their children by August 29 using the Extended Day Program Registration form.
