Current Student Admissions
All current students must register each year by the registration deadline to continue attending the school; otherwise, they may forfeit their spot to students on the waiting list.
Applicaton for 2025-2026
Application Deadline: Monday, April 7, 2025

Make sure you have the following before you start the application process:
- Banking information
- Credit Card to pay the Registration Fee
Quick Steps
Please follow these 4 steps to register your child:
Step 1: Visit MACSIS & Click the “Apply” button: https://sis3.macnet.ca/program-details/55
Step 2: Login using your MAC Portal email and password or log in using your Microsoft or Google Account (the same account/email used last year).
Step 3: Update Parent/Guardian Information
Step 4: Select & Update Student Information
- Update Emergency Contact
- Medical Information
- Documents and Finance
- Complete the Financial Agreement and Parental agreement (Screenshot)
- Update banking information or upload a void cheque (Screenshot)
- Pay the Application Fee aka Registration Fee (Screenshot)
Repeat Step 4 for each child
