Registration Process

Registration Process

  1. Check our locations and determine which location is closest to you.
  2. Check the programs that are offered in that location and decide which one is the most suitable for you or your child.
  3. Register online for this program and location – you will receive a confirmation email shortly after registration.
  4.  Wait for your branch coordinator to call you for an assessment and your availability. The coordinator will also call other students in the same halaqa and coordinate with the teacher in order to determine which timing is most suitable to everyone. (Note: we try our best to accommodate everyone but we cannot guarantee a particular timing).
  5. The halaqa timing will be confirmed to you by the coordinator via email or text message.
  6. You are required to make payments by the second halaqa (for financial assistance, please apply to our sponsorship program).
