“Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest” Quran (13:28)Islam has always laid great emphasis on mental and physical wellbeing as our bodies are an amanah from Allah SWT. We aim to instill this in our students through constant reminders and assist them in developing healthy living habits that benefit their minds, bodies and souls.
