  • To start the Registration Click here.
  • The aforementioned Application Fee is non-refundable. It is mandatory for all students, both new and returning, to remit these fees upon registration. Full payment of these fees is essential for student registration to be completed.
  • No student will write an entrance test without being registered. Once admitted, the Ancillary Fee is also non-refundable and includes all the workbooks and the rental of textbooks. All textbooks have to be returned to the school at the end of the school year in good condition (as determined by the school). Otherwise, there will be a $100 replacement fee for each lost or damaged textbook.
  • The Ancillary Fee is due on July 1st or upon the confirmed registration date (for late applications)
  • If students are refused admission by the school, the Ancillary Fee may be refunded but Application Fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Children will be considered from the same family if they share the same parents/guardians.
  • Parents have the option of paying the tuition fees as one payment (cheque due on August 1st, 2025) or ten installments starting August 1st, 2025, and ending May 1st, 2026 through post-dated cheques or automatic bank withdrawal. On the cheque memo line write your child’s name and payment description. Families with multiple students are requested to submit their fees consolidated in one cheque.
  • There is a $25 administrative charge for every returned cheque or unsuccessful EFT transaction.
  • All student fees must be PAID IN FULL, irrespective of whether the student is traveling or absent after Jan 1st, for the reminder of the academic year.
  • In the case of withdrawal, I agree to email a written notification to admin@macmaplegrove.com with one month’s notice before the first of the month. I understand if I notify the school before the first of the withdrawal month then I will be charged for the following month. I understand if I notify the school before the first of the withdrawal month then I will not be charged for the following month.
  • In order to receive a tuition refund from Jan-May 2026, a written request must be submitted by Dec 01st, 2025. The tuition for the months the student attended school and the month the student is leaving the school is non-reimbursable. Full tuition till June will be due if the student withdraws after Dec 1st. Additionally, if a decision is made to withdraw your child(ren) after December 1st you would still be responsible for January to June tuition fees.
  • A portion of the tuition fee will be eligible for a tax receipt. Calculations of the exact amount will vary from year to year as per CRA regulations.
  • All families are encouraged to contribute towards the capital cost of MAC Maple Grove School and its projected renovations.
  • The deadline to apply for the MACFund is June 30, 2025. Any late applications will be considered from the next month after application, and no back dated discounts can be made. For more information, contact MGS finance.
  • Included in the Resource Fee (whenever applicable) are:
    • The costs of some curricular-related activities (EnrichIt! activities in class e.g. Science Workshops)
    • Textbook usage fee
    • Al-Furqan Hifth Program Agenda
    • printed materials (workbooks, consumables)
    • majority of school supplies (notebooks, folders, art supplies)
    • textbook usage
    • use of Chromebooks, maintenance of technology infrastructure, and subscriptions for educational website and apps
  • Not included in the tuition fees or the Resource Fee are:
    • Classroom supply list (Personal Stationary)
    • School & gym uniforms
    • Competitions and tournaments outside the school and off-campus trips
    • Graduation expenses for grade 8 (trip, graduation party & gown rental)
    • Optional extended care
    • Optional lunch order
    • Extracurricular activities offered by third parties during recess and after school
    • Report cards will not be issued to students if there are any outstanding amounts due to the school
