Admissions Criteria
Please read the following terms and conditions before you proceed:
- All applicant’s registrations will be screened and must meet the admission requirements and expectations before moving into the next step. The student must then pass an in-person assessment to be admitted into the 2024-2025 school year.
- Registration of new students is on a screening and first-come-first-served basis.
- KG students are exempt from the sibling discount.
- The Registration Fee of $150 is paid online and non-refundable.
- The Supply Fee is non-refundable unless you withdraw your child before May 31, 2024.
- Tuition Fees are paid in monthly installments from August 1, 2024 to May 1, 2025.
- Uniforms are purchased and paid separately.
- Refund processing time is 6 to 8 weeks.
The following documents must be uploaded before the application is processed:
- Canadian status documents ex. Canadian passport, Canadian birth certificate, Canadian permanent resident card.
- Alberta Health Care Card
- Latest report card. Make sure to include all pages of the report card.
- Void cheque
