Very Important Message For Parents Regarding Registration for the 2022-2023 Year

Thank you for your trust and support. MAC-Al-Huda Schools, with your support, continue to foster our students’ spiritual
growth in an Islamic environment encouraging moral and ethical values as we teach them the Arabic Language, Quran, and
Islamic Studies.

1. Tuition fee: $575/child… $100/child is non refundable if the student is withdrawn. Full tuition fee is
   non-refundable if school starts. To complete registration, the fee needs to be paid. Tax receipts will be
   emailed to you by March.
2. Parents will be able to register and pay conveniently online. Below are the step-by-step instructions to
   submit an application through the KW branch.

Step by step registration instructions:

 Contains Two Parts: ((This is a
new portal, parents need to create their accounts the first time. Do Part1 if you do not have a parent account in
this registration portal)

  Go to the registration portal: Al-Huda KW  :  MAC Al-Huda KW

Part 1: 

The following steps are for whoever does not have an account in this portal. Otherwise
go to Part2.

1. Click on login on the right upper corner
2. Click on Sign up now
3. Add your email address then click send verification
   code
4. Copy and paste the verification code which can be
   found in your email. Click on verify code
5. Fill in the information required and click on create
   an account.

Part 2:

1. Make sure you are logged in. Click on login on the
   right upper corner to login in
2. Make sure to select the program you like to register
   your kids in. Our programs  is is MAC Al-Huda KW
   
3. Click Apply that is under the school logo, fill in the
   parents’ information and click next
4. Add a new child or select a child if a child has an
   existing profile.
5. Complete the student information and click next
6. Complete the student health information
7. Read the terms of services and acknowledge then submit the application form
8. Click on invoice to pay the program fee
9. You may add a profile for another child by going to the Children page on the left
   side. Please note having a profile for a child is not an application form to the program. You need to submit the
   application form as follows.
10. You may submit an application for a child  to any of our programs by clicking on
    Browse our programs or on
    Register which is located on the left upper corner.
11. Click Apply and fill in the information required then
    click next
12. Repeat steps 5-8
13. Please check Application Status on the left hand side of the screen and make sure
    there is an application for each of your children in the correct branch. If any child’s application is missing,
    please do step 2-8 then step 13
14. To pay an outstanding balance, please click on Invoices on the menu to the left.
